All recruits must become a member at this forum site before any consideration for acceptance to any of our guilds or clans.
All members must be 18 years of age or older,the only exception to this rule:
A current member is willing to sponser you,he or she will be responsible for your conduct in this forum site and in game.
All recruits are required to submit an application which will be reviewed by Admin, applications will be e-mailed to the recruits current e-mail address.
Recruits will submit their application to Admin via e-mail,the return address will be included with the sent application.
Once the application is received by Admin, a decision will be made usually within 24-48 hours approving or disapproving your request to join [XHOW] or {NRNS}.
Admin can accept or deny a membership for any reason.An e mail will be sent to your current e mail address explaining why you were not allowed to become a member.All decisions are final.
All members will be on a probation period for 30 days,members who violate any of the rules,will be asked to leave.
You are free to leave at anytime,and likewise,we can revoke your membership at any time
Loot "ninjas" will not be tolerated in our guild, all members are warned when they are accepted to the guild that one occurance is sufficient enough to have you removed from the guild
A determination by guild officers will be made about the occurance and member will be informed that he/ she violated the ninja rule and will be removed from the guild
Check the item's stats before you roll for it, if you dont need it, don't roll for it. any unwanted items will be left on the corpse, and anyone is free to loot those items on a 'first come first serve" basis but only after it is determined by everyone in the raid that the items are unwamted
All Guild Wars recruits will be required to have a minimum gear score of 3000 before they will be allowed into the guild the only exception is cloth wearing recruits who will need a guild score of 2100 before they are allowed in.
All members can be selected for an officer position in our guild by:
Helping the guild in various ways,recruitment of other quality players,constant donation of Kurzick faction to the guild in Guild Wars,purchase of new npc for the guild hall,helping out new members,and suggestions to help make our guild better. In WoW, a member can become an officer by generally helping the guild to grow, recruitment, and purchases of anything that can help the guild.
Former members of any ally who has proven to meet our expectations will automatically be granted officer status in our guild/clan should they choose to join us.
All officers will have authority over non officer members, this means that if an officer feels there is a reason for discussion about your behavior, officers will be backed by admin, and any necessary changes will be made accordingly.
Feel free to post about any subject you would like,just keep it clean
We prefer to have active members, however we do understand that people have a life outside of video games, if you are going to be away for a long length of time, please let us know.A simple post here at the site or in game is all we ask.Any member who does not log in at the site for a period longer than 90 days will be deleted. Should you decide to return, all you will have to do is reapply per the site rules.
We are a guild that started form the ground up,people that are officers have either donated gold, faction, ideas, or time to our guild,we dont tolerate beggers,if you need gold,farm for it like we do.We can teach you farming methods in all campaigns of Guild Wars and WoW,any member labeled a begger will be asked to leave the guild.
Also, please note that after a member has left the guild, they will also be deleted/banned from this forum site unless other arrangements have been made, per admin's approval

While playing any of the Battlefield games:
Join the team with any [XHOW] - {NRNS} members whenever possible
Always join a squad, team work is the key to victory!
Ventrillo is not a requirement to join [XHOW] or {NRNS}, but it is recommended for organized play

The IP address and password for the Ventrillo Server will be given to all [XHOW] or {NRNS}members
Please do not give the Ventrillo IP address or password to any non member,if you have a friend who
would like to join us on Ventrillo, please ask Fancylady for permission first
Always respect other players and listen to all admins while in game.
